13 proposals pass Extension In-House Review


At least 13 project proposals were presented for review by extentionists from the diff erent campuses/colleges of the University during the In-House Review sponsored by the Department of Extension and Training held at the Center for Foreign and Japan Studies, IFSU, Lamut, Ifugao on April 8, 2019.

Of the 13 project proposals, there were six for Community Development, four for Demonstration Farms, and three for Technology Commercialization.    

In her opening remarks, Ms. Marah Joy A. Nanglegan, Director for Extension and Training lauded the extentionists for the project proposals they have submitted.

“We may not grant the proposed budgets for all project proposals due
to a limited fund but we assure you that next year, with the support of the administration, we will have a bigger budget,” she added.

The panelists during the InHouse review were: Dr. Napoleon K. Taguiling, Dean of the College of Advanced Education; Ms. Desiree A. Ballitoc, Department of Student Services and Development Director; and Dr. Elpidio B. Basilio, Jr., Director for General Services.//by: Elvira M. Matabye
