IFSU instills student-trainees with social graces, work etiquette


To ensure readiness and equip Ifugao State University (IFSU) student-trainees with the right attitudes and behavior in demonstrating office work professionally guided by University core values, students of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration underwent a seminar on Protocol, Social Graces, and Etiquette on February 8, 2023 at Lagawe campus.

Said seminar is one of the topics of “The Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes (KSA) seminar series,” an enhancement program for the On-the-Job Training students conducted before deployment to different partner agencies, industries, institutions, and establishments.

The knowledge-sharing series includes topics that re-assess and re-validate the technical know-how of the student-trainees in their respective courses to ensure readiness. Moreover, topics on personality development are included to warrant student-trainees’ demonstration of the highest form of professionalism through positive attitude and good behavior.

Ms. Sandra Irish C. Marquez, IFSU Director for Administration and Services, served as the resource speaker.

Dir. Marquez delved into the topics of Human relations in the Workplace; Sustaining Well-being; Incarnating Professionalism and Work Ethics and; Character Reformation and Values Enrichment.

The seminar on Protocol, Social graces, and Etiquette was organized by the College of Business Management of Lagawe campus headed by Dir. Jennifer Madonna G. Dait.
