The two programs under the college: Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEE) were offered under the then college – Ifugao State College of Agriculture and Forestry by virtue of Board Resolution No. 253 series of 1990. The gradual inclusion of majors under the BSE program happened in the succeeding years. At present, the BSE and BEE curriculum being implemented in the college is newly approved curriculum (Board of Regents Resolution No. 479 s. 2018) crafted in response to the shift of basic education to the K-12 curriculum. In terms of quality and standards, the BSE and BEE have Level 3 accreditation status by the AACUP.
