Getting StartedWhere Should I Begin?

How to Register

Here are the steps on how to register on the system.

1. Login to your email account (gmail, yahoo, hotmail and or any other emailing account). Please use your email as your system user name.
2. Compose a new email with your own details. See example below.

  • Reason: New User Registration
  • Campus/Area: (Lamut, Lagawe, Potia, Tinoc, Aguinaldo, Hapao)
  • Name: Juan dela Cruz
  • IFSU Employee ID: 20181001
  • Official Email: juandelacruz@yahoo.com
  • Sex: Male
  • Department: Please indicate complete name of department.
  • Position/ Designation: Admin Aide IV
  • Department Role: (Department Head, Office Head, OIC, Regular)
  • Employment Category: (Permanent, Temporary, Contract of Service)

3. Send mail at planning.ifsu@gmail.com.
4. Wait for a confirmation email from the IFSU Mailer.
5. Upon receiving the email from the IFSU Mailer, click the button link (Click and Proceed) to confirm your successful registration and to redirect you to the IFSU MIS Login page.

Request for membership can be done anytime and anywhere you are. So please send your request if you have free time at home or at the office.

Schedule of Request Approval: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Monday to Friday Except Holidays. All requests sent past 5pm on every Friday are expected to be approved after the weekends. This is because the system administrators are not available every Saturdays and Sundays including Non-Working Holidays.

Reminder

Access to this system is restricted to authorized users only and limited to approved university purposes. By using this system, you expressly consent to the monitoring of all activities. Any unauthorized access or use of this system is prohibited and could be subject to criminal and civil penalties. All records, reports, e-mail, and other data generated by or residing upon this system are the property of the Ifugao State University and may be used by the Ifugao State University for any purpose.

Forgot Passowrd?

For security reasons, automatic resetting of forgotten password is not available on the system. Do not worry because we can still help you reset your password. Just follow the steps below on how to acquire a new password so you can be able to access the system again.

4. Wait for a confirmation email from the IFSU Mailer.
5. Upon receiving the email from the IFSU Mailer, click the button link to confirm your successful password resetting and to redirect you to the IFSU MIS Login page.

After 2-3 days without response from the system administrator, you are advised to personally visit the Department of Planning and Information Management at IFSU Lamut.
