In the slide presentation of the resource speaker, he defined what administrative communication (admincomm) is and its importance to an institution.

AdminComm refers to any written communication emanating from a person, office, agency or organization that is given out for an official intention. It also refers to any interaction with a desire to convey message to another directly or indirectly in an official capacity.

AdminComm is considered the lifeblood of an organization.

Mr. Pugong also presented the elements of a good admincomm and its different types. He shared some tips and pointed out the common mistakes in writing an admincomm.

Mr. Pugong also gave situational examples on when and who is authorized to use a certain type of admincomm.

At the end of the training workshop, Mr. Pugong encouraged the participants to set and enhance their skill on admincomm as he divulged that the foundation why he was able to build a career in the same university was administrative communication. #
